Job summary

Job&Talent in Rocester, Uttoxeter is recruiting an MHE Driver to operate material handling equipment within a busy warehouse environment. You will load and unload HGVs, move materials around the site, and perform safety checks to ensure compliant operations.

The role offers hourly pay ranging from £14.16 to £21.24 with overtime paid after 39 hours, and a culture focused on teamwork and safety standards. This is an ongoing site-based position in Rocester.

Qualifications

• Must-have: FLT Counterbalance and/or Telescopic Handler licence.
• Experience in high-volume industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Precision, care and good judgement when handling oversized/high-value materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload HGVs and transport materials across the site.
• Pack and crate VOR booms with precision and care.
• Complete necessary safety checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams.
