Job Description:

Role Purpose: Responsible for the functional S2P data on the Digital Core project. The MGS S2P Vendor Master Data Lead works closely with the Directs and Indirects GPOs, Business Transformation Process Lead, Business and Systems Integrators, and the Digital Core Master Data team to ensure the master data supports the future-fit end-to-end process design, enabled by core and edge systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Template Design: Lead Vendor Master data design and deployment for MGS-S2P.
• Provide detailed end-to-end knowledge of Vendor Master data usage and structure for S2P across Mars applications and processes.
• Prepare for and attend relevant workshops (A, B, C).
• Support post-workshop activities, follow-up meetings, and own actions from workshops.
• Support and advise segments during workshops D and E.
• Ensure Vendor data accuracy throughout the E2E process and edge systems.
• Identify and advise on change impacts.
• Support development of training and test materials.
• Assist in data identification, cleansing, and issue resolution.
• Support segment deployments of Vendor Master Data and processes.

Country Validation: Build country understanding of the data model needed for the global template.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with the PMO to develop, deliver, and manage activity plans ensuring timely, quality, and budget compliance.
• Propose and implement corrective actions when necessary, escalating support as needed.

Team Leadership: Support the E2E Transformation Lead and PMO in leading a multi-functional team, including onboarding, roles & responsibilities, coaching, issue resolution, offboarding, and ways of working.

Key Deliverables:

• Identify business scenarios.
• Design and document vendor master data flows and narratives for approval.
• Assess change impacts and incorporate into design/deployment.
• Test vendor master data for the global template (selected scenarios).

Skills and Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of Vendor master data.
• Knowledge of MDG and front-end data tools (e.g., HICX).
• Project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
