This position will be responsible for overseeing Global Learning strategy, initiatives, and execution within EMEA, reporting to the Group HR Director, EMEA.

Key Job Responsibilities

Global Learning Analysis & Management

  • Develop an effective learning strategy based on business needs, required skill sets, and key competencies.
  • Evaluate and modify existing and proposed programmes; recommend changes and facilitate implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and effective messaging.
  • See the Bigger Picture - Work with instructional design team to create, design, and curate content specific to EMEA needs.
  • Support the development of certified instructors to deploy corporate programmes.
  • Value People - Conduct train-the-trainer programs for new and existing programmes across EMEA.

Administration, Budget & Policies/Procedures

  • Maintain logistics for all learning programmes and certifications.
  • Organise regional training events, including logistics, cost analysis, and tracking.
  • Manage the yearly Global Learning budget for EMEA.
  • Improve policies and workflows to embed learning into the culture, aligned with global practices.
  • Collaborate on content translation analysis with the Global Learning team.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Drive Results - Provide data on course completion and learning outcomes.
  • Use surveys to gather feedback and analyze ROI.
  • Manage the global LMS system.
  • Deliver World Class Service - Support team members and managers as the first point of contact.

Job Qualifications

  • BS/BA in education, teaching, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong presentation/public speaking skills and stakeholder collaboration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across levels.
  • Knowledge of training needs analysis, development, design, delivery, and measurement.
