Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The UKI FSO Manager acts as the trusted advisor and strategy development partner of the UKI Vice President. With the support of a local analyst, he/she develops insights to guide senior executives, accelerate growth, and enhance commercial execution. He/she supports the General Manager in financial planning activities related to reporting, forecasting, and planning of the business. He/she is part of the senior leadership team within the UKI and will help shape and drive the business in the coming years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

With support from the functional leader, serve as a strategy partner and consultant for local leadership.

  • Provide analytical insights to the leadership to drive performance.
  • Develop board-level presentation materials for executive leadership.
  • Develop and track annual regional goals across a matrix organization in support of local initiatives.
  • Deliver on Sales Operations activities and deliverables, such as, but not limited to:
    • Territory Design.
    • Quota setting.
    • Customer targeting.
    • Performance management, etc.
  • Deliver on FP&A activities and deliverables, such as, but not limited to:
    • Monthly Close.
    • Long-range Strategic Planning.
    • Budgeting.
    • Forecasting.
    • P&L Management, etc.
  • Develop and manage a team of analysts.
  • Prioritize requests and deliver upon stakeholder expectations.
