Requirements

• Full UK driving license (essential)

• Industry leading salary of OTE up to £30,000 depending on experience

Key Duties

• Greeting and liaising with customers
• Answering the telephone
• Informing customers of workshop progress and updates
• Coordinating with the workshop and internal departments
• Explaining detailed works carried out on customer vehicles
• Raising invoices and taking payments
• Maintaining customer database accuracy

• Previous experience in the motor trade is desirable but not essential
