MFL Teacher (Spanish Teacher)
In the heart of Islington, a 'Good' Secondary School is on the hunt for an MFL Teacher (Spanish Teacher) for an ASAP start. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The Head Teacher is seeking an ambitious MFL Teacher (Spanish Teacher) who is excited to contribute to a thriving and expanding MFL Department. The school is well-regarded for its supportive SLT and consistently strong Progress 8 scores across all subjects.
The school is highly invested in professional development, embedding innovative teaching practices and offering excellent internal training. It's a particularly exciting time to join the team!
Experienced MFL Teachers may be considered for TLR responsibilities, including KS3 Coordination or Pastoral roles. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will benefit from a bespoke induction programme, including mentoring and structured in-house and external training.

MFL Teacher (Spanish Teacher)
Inspire and engage students in Spanish across KS3-KS4 (and potentially KS5)
Join a dynamic and supportive MFL Department
TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility
ECTs Welcome: Bespoke induction, 1:1 mentor, CPD support
ASAP Start - Full Time - Permanent
MPS1-UPS3 - £38,766 - £60,092 + TLR (depending on experience)
Based in the Borough of Islington
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Must hold UK QTS or be on track to achieve it
Strong academic background - Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative MFL team
Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
