MFL Teacher - Long-Term Role - Secondary School in Shropshire

Start Date: September 2025 | Pay: MPS 1-6

Aspire People are working in partnership with a vibrant secondary school in Shropshire to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic MFL Teacher for a long-term position starting in September 2025. The Role:

• Full-time teaching of French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4 (German is a bonus but not essential)
• Delivering engaging, interactive lessons that inspire a love of languages
• Encouraging students to develop strong communication skills and cultural understanding
• Working collaboratively within a strong and supportive MFL department

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has excellent subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish (German a plus)
• Demonstrates a passion for languages and cultural education
• Has a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• ECTs and experienced MFL teachers are encouraged to apply
