We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated MFL teacher to join two supportive secondary schools in the Dudley area from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering engaging language lessons. The position involves teaching across two nearby schools and is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.
Role: MFL Teacher – French & Spanish
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Fixed-term (initially covering maternity leave, with strong potential for a permanent role within the trust)
Hours: Part-time (0.8 FTE) or full-time considered
Location: Two secondary schools in close proximity, Dudley
Open To: Early Career Teachers and experienced MFL teachers

Collaborate with staff across both schools on curriculum delivery
Build supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, Education, or a related field
Proficiency in teaching both French and Spanish
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Flexible, motivated, and open to working across two school sites
Genuine enthusiasm for language education and student achievement
