Are you a talented and enthusiastic MFL Teacher with the ability to teach both Spanish and German to GCSE level? We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, well-supported secondary school in Kent that prides itself on high standards, strong values, and a culture of care.

With a full-time timetable and planning/marking responsibilities, this role would suit an experienced MFL specialist or an ambitious ECT looking to grow within a supportive setting.

MFL Teacher responsibilities:

• Teach both Spanish and German to GCSE level across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan, deliver and assess engaging, well-structured MFL lessons
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student success
• Contribute to the wider life of the department and school
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievement

MFL Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach both Spanish and German to GCSE
• Previous experience in a UK secondary school setting (ECTs considered)
• A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to student progress
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
