MFL Teacher

Location: Southend on sea
Salary: £130 - £260 per day
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our secondary schools immediately, delivering high-quality language lessons that foster a love for learning. Whether you specialize in French, Spanish, or another modern foreign language, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom.

The Role:

As an MFL Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in one or more modern foreign languages across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire students to develop their language skills and cultural awareness.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit students of all abilities and learning styles.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop creative lesson plans and share best practices.
Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching French, Spanish, or another MFL at secondary school level.
  • A passion for languages and a commitment to student success.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • An understanding of the UK secondary school curriculum and assessment methods.
