Salary:MPS/UPS or competitive PAYE rate (depending on experience)

We’re working with a supportive 11–16 secondary school looking for a talented MFL teacher to deliver French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4. About the Role

In this role, you’ll:

  • Teach both French and/or Spanish from Year 7 to GCSE
  • Create engaging, interactive lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Support students of all abilities to progress with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Prepare pupils for GCSE assessments with structured, well-paced revision and feedback
  • Contribute to cultural enrichment across the school (language clubs, trips, themed events)

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS and a relevant language degree
  • Has experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level
  • Builds strong relationships in the classroom and fosters a love of language learning
  • Uses varied and inclusive approaches to engage every learner
  • Is committed to delivering high standards in both subject knowledge and classroom culture
