Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification for UK secondary schools.
• Experience teaching French, Spanish, German or combinations across KS3-KS4 and GCSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Develop speaking, listening, reading and writing through interactive activities and authentic resources.
• Prepare lessons reflecting national curriculum and GCSE specifications.
• Monitor progress with questioning, classwork, homework and assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues on planning and resources, contribute to language clubs and enrichment.
• Differentiate to meet diverse learning needs and challenge higher-attaining pupils.
