Role: Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) – French and/or Spanish
Working Pattern: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent contract offered after a probation period (temp-to-perm)
Salary: £30,000 to £47,000
Location: Wareham and surrounding areas

Are you a passionate and dedicated MFL teacher looking to inspire the next generation of global citizens? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled MFL teacher to join a supportive and welcoming secondary school in the Wareham area, starting January 2025.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging French and/or Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 if applicable. The successful candidate will bring creativity and energy to the role, supporting students to achieve academic success and develop a genuine enthusiasm for languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality French and/or Spanish lessons, following the national curriculum.

Support students in preparing for GCSE exams and assessments.

Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, encouraging progress and engagement.

Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and school life.

Promote cultural understanding and global awareness through language learning.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Degree in a relevant subject and PGCE with QTS/QTLS.

Experience teaching French and/or Spanish at secondary level.

Confidence in classroom management and differentiation.

A genuine passion for teaching languages and encouraging student growth.
