Job Vacancy: Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher

Location: Beautiful village school in Henley-in-Arden

We are seeking a passionate and fully qualified Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher to join our vibrant school community. If you have a strong classroom presence, a love for languages, and a desire to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!

Hours: Full Time (Term-time only, Mon-Fri)

Rate of Pay: To scale

Start Date: September 2025 or sooner

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a UK QTS (or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching MFL in a UK classroom
• Be fluent in two or more languages
• Have experience planning and delivering French and Spanish lessons in mainstream secondary schools
• Possess excellent knowledge and understanding of the UK national curriculum for Modern Foreign Languages

Responsibilities:

• Plan engaging MFL lessons tailored to the individual needs of each class
• Regularly mark work and assess pupils' learning progress
• Provide timely and informative feedback to pupils
• Encourage active participation in lessons
• Join us in fostering a love for languages and making a positive impact on our students' educational journey
