Overview

Reeson Education is excited to be recruiting a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Portsmouth area. This is a maternity cover position starting January 2026, running through the Spring and Summer Term.

We are looking for an MFL Teacher who is ambitious for students and has a clear vision for enhancing the role of Modern Foreign Languages within the curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-planned and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Maintain high standards of work, behaviour, and attitudes in the classroom and across the school.
• Teach a varied curriculum to students across different year groups and abilities.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
