What the client is looking for

The headteacher is seeking a kind, approachable individual with excellent organisational skills and assertiveness, who must have a QTS. A candidate with confidence in teaching either or both French and Spanish is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of the UK curriculum and the ability to plan lessons. While QTS is ideal, the school is flexible and will consider PGCE holders, ECTs, or unqualified teachers with UK teaching experience and strong curriculum knowledge.

The role will involve:

• Ensuring all children are engaged and on task
• Maintaining excellent behaviour management both inside and outside the classroom
• Teaching KS3 and KS4
• Planning and marking lessons and student work

We are looking for a teacher with strong subject knowledge who can engage students and motivate them to excel both in and out of the classroom.
