About the role

ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Supply Teacher for a rewarding long-term position at a welcoming Secondary School in Saltley.

The role:

Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in languages.

Plan, prepare and assess students’ work in line with the curriculum.

Contribute to the wider school community and department activities.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of MFL Teacher you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Specialism in Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish or German preferred).
  • Experience teaching MFL at Secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for languages.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • a suitable qualification to teach MFL PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
