Job description

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational MFL French Teacher to join a Secondary School in Kirklees . The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in the school’s ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. The ability to teach French is essential, experience of teaching KS5 is preferable, teaching Spanish or German in KS3 is desirable. Passion is at the heart of the school’s practice and it is essential that you have the ability to enthuse and motivate those around you.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Rate of pay – £160 – £200 per day

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working in a school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
