Job summary

Eaton Group in Fareham is seeking a motivated Painter / Treatments Process Technician to join its aerospace manufacturing team. You will prepare, paint, mask, inspect, and process precision components to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

You will work with spray equipment, perform surface treatments, carry out inspections, and document processes, while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting, coatings, manufacturing, engineering, or surface treatments.
