Job Description
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer issues.
Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which may be technical or professional.
Assist visitors and handle requests, referring complex issues to colleagues.
Schedule follow-ups, record interactions, and maintain quality data for effective customer retention and business development.
Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to understand customer needs, and respond accordingly.
Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
Understand and adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards. Obtain necessary approvals for exceptions.
Monitor sales data and market trends to identify development opportunities.
Build a network within the business sector, represent the organization at events, and gather market intelligence.
Research and analyze data to identify key themes and trends.
Participate in and contribute to a network of contacts and ideas inside and outside the company.
