Recruit Mint Ltd in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator for a full-time, temp-to-perm role. You will operate and monitor production machinery, set up and change over production lines, and help maintain quality standards across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.

• Basic computer literacy for production reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Set up, start, shut down, and change over production lines following procedures.
• Adjust machine settings to optimise performance and product quality.
• Monitor product quality through regular inspection and testing.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow health and safety and operational procedures.
