Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Water Service Delivery are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
This role sits within the Metering department and is responsible for the technical management of metering stock to ensure operational teams have the correct inventory to meet service demands. It involves overseeing the accurate testing, storage, and classification of stock for either redeployment or manufacturer warranty claims, which must be logged and managed through to resolution using provider systems. The role also ensures all stock is recorded on Metering systems such as SharePoint, including visibility and accountability for items held at regional depots. Compliance with YWS Metering Standards is essential, and the role requires regular reporting on stock levels, with escalation of low stock or quality issues to management to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
