£32,043 - £35,216 per year
37.5 hours per week
Temporary position for up to 12 months
We have an opportunity for a Metering and Billing Officer to join our Team based in London. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to develop their knowledge of this sector and work as part of the team to ensure that we are meeting the requirements of the regulatory framework for heat networks.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality and responsive communal heating metering and billing service putting customers at the heart of all we do. To ensure the effective management of all heat and hot water accounts connected to Swan’s Combined Heat and Power (CHP) network system, including the setting up of new heating accounts on new developments.
