A leading UK energy supplier is seeking a Metered Customer Advisor in Warwick. This role involves managing customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have 5 GCSEs, customer service experience, and be able to work effectively in a team. The position offers £12.82 per hour, Monday to Friday, with a supportive work culture focused on development.

Pay rate: £12.82 ph
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm, 1 hour lunch (37.5 a week)

Able to work as a team member, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach and will demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills. With the ability to use your initiative and analyse problems you will have good attention to detail.
