Here's what you'll be doing

Salary - £33,796 to £42,126 plus a generous individual quarterly performance bonus

E.ON's strategy to double the Industrial and Commercial metering operation within the next two years is well underway. We are expanding our high-performing, ring-fenced metering team, providing whole current, LV, and HV CT metering and communication solutions to our I&C customers across the U.K.

We are seeking applicants with excellent customer service skills and proven experience in single-phase and three-phase metering. Roles are also available for LV and HV CT experienced technicians, with salaries reflecting experience and progression.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering first-class service to internal and external industrial and commercial customers.
• Working on whole current and CTO metering installations and associated communication equipment, following our codes of practice and safe working methods.
• Conducting site investigations to support accurate and timely billing for customers.
• Contributing to a culture of honest feedback, recognition, and continual improvement.

What we need from you

Essential:

• Live within Bath, Bristol, or Exeter.
• Experience in single-phase and three-phase metering.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to self-development.
• Basic computer skills.
• A full valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, with no more than 6 points).

Desirable:

• Knowledge of single and three-phase domestic and commercial electrical installations.
• Electrical qualifications for fault finding and on-site investigations, including use of specialist test equipment.
• Experience with HV and/or LV CTO metering (salary will reflect qualifications).
