Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy spending time outdoors? Do you prefer a role that isn't confined to a traditional 9-5 office setting?

We are seeking Meter Readers across the UK. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and enjoy flexible scheduling. Opportunities include the potential to acquire a company car.

Your responsibilities will include collecting data from gas, electric, and water meters using handheld electronic devices and other equipment to ensure customers receive accurate bills. You will have the flexibility to plan your routes and manage your workload to meet weekly targets set by your field delivery manager. Some walking may be required, especially in less built-up areas, offering great outdoor exercise.

Working Hours

This full-time role offers flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday through Sunday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Approachable, presentable, and polite; acts as an ambassador for the company
• Physically fit for the demands of the role
• Ability to plan and manage workload independently to meet targets
• Report any dangerous meter installations or signs of tampering
• Self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys outdoor work
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable to tasks and schedules
• Friendly with a professional approach
• Pass screening, vetting, and DBS checks

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
