Job summary

The London Metal Exchange is seeking a Trading Operations Associate to provide first-line supervision for all trading activity on the Ring and LMEselect in London. You will participate in determining Futures reference prices and closing prices, while upholding the Ring Dealing Regulations and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs or more with grade C or above in Mathematics and English Language.
• Pass the LME probationary dealers exam where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LME’s reference prices are determined in a manner that supports price discovery and regulatory requirements.
• Participate on the Ring Pricing Committee for Official and Closing Prices.
• Enforce Ring Dealing Regulations and Code of Conduct; participate on the Ring Disciplinary Committee.
