Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities.
• Solid understanding of valuation metrics and value drivers.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python coding.
• Experience in financial reporting, modelling and valuation of companies.
• Ability to build relationships and present to Sales teams.
• Independent thinking with intellectual flair and initiative.
• Familiarity with equity markets and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead coverage on sector-related stocks and write thematic research.
• Market and promote sector work; deliver client presentations on covered stocks.
• Communicate with the Sales team to disseminate research and grow the client franchise.
• Create, maintain and update industry models.
• Collect and analyse new data with the team to support ideas or reports.
• Manage flow of earnings, news, and model updates.
• Distribute news comments via email or Bloomberg.
• Respond to client data requests and information needs.
• Attend client/company meetings and industry conferences.
• Build relationships with investor relations teams and sector experts.
