Responsibilities

• Prepare products for the finishing process.
• Carry out metal finishing duties to required quality standards.
• Operate workshop equipment and machinery safely.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Perform manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products and identify defects or quality concerns.
• Pack completed products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and policies.

Do you have previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or another hands‑on environment? Metal Finisher Location: Sittingbourne Pay: £13.43 - £15.01 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm Shift Options: Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am OR Rotating Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Comfortable carrying out physical work and manual handling tasks. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to work either night shifts or rotating shifts.
