Job summary

Metabolic.Health in Knightsbridge, London, is seeking an experienced HCPC-registered Consultant Radiographer to lead our imaging service within a multidisciplinary metabolic care model.

You will combine expert clinical practice with leadership, education and service development, shaping imaging pathways and ensuring high-quality, safe imaging across DEXA and other modalities.

This senior post requires registration, a UK right to work, and a commitment to continual service improvement and research.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
• Active membership of the Society and College of Radiographers.
• BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc) supporting advanced or consultant-level practice.
• Significant experience at advanced or consultant practice within diagnostic imaging.
• Experience in DEXA, musculoskeletal or cardiovascular imaging is desirable.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the imaging service and set the clinical standard for the team.
• Deliver expert clinical practice including DEXA and other modalities relevant to metabolic care.
• Provide professional leadership, education and service development.
• Represent imaging in multidisciplinary team meetings and governance forums.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HCPC, IR(ME)R and IRR17 and maintain safety standards.
