Role Description

This is a remote Full-time (Freelance) role for a Paid Media Manager at FlowTiger, with the expectation of working exclusively with FlowTiger during this time. We offer competitive compensation. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta. Your expertise will help e-commerce brands maximize their return on ad spend and achieve their business objective(s). We will also provide a comprehensive agency training guide to support your success. E-commerce experience preferred, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned with e-commerce clients’ goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align ad content with campaign objectives.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Set up and configure ad accounts, including targeting, bidding strategies, and tracking.
  • Execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.

Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs like conversion rates and ROAS.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

Budget Management

  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Track spend and adjust strategies to maintain profitability.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • You're easy to work with.
  • You are genuinely fast-paced.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs in e-commerce advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience with Meta Advertising.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with the team.
  • Expertise in other paid media (Google, TikTok, etc) a plus, but not required.
