Job summary

ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a MET Technician to dismantle and reassemble accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturers' specifications and high customer standards. You will join Activate Accident Repair, contributing to a growing UK repair network and the delivery of quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• ATA/NVQ Level 3 required or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and clear reporting.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Good health & safety knowledge and awareness.
• Effective time management to meet targets.
• Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work detailed in estimate, removing damaged components from the vehicle in preparation for Repair/Paint work to be carried out.
• On repair/replacement of the components they must be refitted, restoring the vehicle to pre accident condition.
• Deliver the highest standard of quality.
• Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair times.
• Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.
• Accurately report all components, materials and consumables used.
