Job description

MET Technician / Strip and Fit Vacancy:

Ref - 106330

Earning potential: in the region of £60,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday

Type: Permanent role

Our client, a busy Bodyshop group, is currently looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician in the Washington area.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard.
  2. Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed.
  3. Report unseen damage absent from estimate as soon as it is identified.
  4. 4 wheel alignment, suspension work, GEO, diagnostics, and all mechanical work.

Ideal Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:
  1. Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
  2. ATA/NVQ is advantageous but not essential.
  3. Hybrid Trained.
  4. ADAS Accredited.
