Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que MET Technician ou Strip & Fit Technician.

Responsibilities

We’re now looking for a skilled and motivated MET Technician to join our growing team, specialising in the repair and refurbishment of fleet and rental vehicles. If you thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and take pride in technical accuracy, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim work on a variety of fleet and rental vehicles
• Diagnosing faults, stripping and refitting components efficiently and accurately
• Working alongside Paint and Panel teams to ensure smooth repair flow
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Using the latest tools and technology to complete repairs to manufacturer standards

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an MET Technician or Strip & Fit Technician in a bodyshop environment
• ATA accreditation or working towards it (preferred but not essential)
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• A proactive, team-focused approach and a drive for continuous improvement
