MET Technician / Strip Fitter Vacancy

• Salary: up to £45,000 per year plus bonus
• Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holiday

Our client, a busy Bodyshop/Accident Repair Centre in the Rotherham area, is currently looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
2. Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed
3. Reporting unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it's identified
4. Maintaining a good level of efficiency and attention to detail
5. Working effectively in a team and as an individual

Minimum Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:

1. Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level
2. Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter
3. ATA is advantageous but not essential
