We value experience in MET/Strip Fitter roles and prefer candidates with NVQ/ATA qualifications or hybrid/EV training. The role emphasizes quality, safety and customer satisfaction within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as MET Technician, Strip Fitter or Vehicle Technician in accident repair
• ATA or NVQ qualifications advantageous but not essential
• Hybrid and EV training would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Carry out removal and refitting of vehicle components to support high-quality body repairs
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles efficiently following repair methods and manufacturer guidelines
• Identify and report additional damage not included in original estimate
• Perform mechanical repairs including suspension work, four-wheel alignment, and diagnostic procedures
• Complete GEO and ADAS-related tasks when required
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process

You will play a key role in the repair process, carrying out vehicle strip, fit, and mechanical repairs while ensuring every vehicle is returned to pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the removal and refitting of vehicle components to support high-quality body repairs

Requirements:
