MET Technician

MET Technician / Strip Fitter Role:

- Up to £58,000 per annum

- Permanent role.

Our client, a busy Accident Repair Centre in the Northampton area, is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard.
2. Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed.
3. Reporting unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it's identified.
4. Maintaining a good level of efficiency and attention to detail.
5. Working effectively in a team and individually.

Minimum Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:

1. Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
2. Previous experience as an MET Technician.
3. ATA is advantageous but not essential.
