MET Technician Vacancy in Stockport

Our client is seeking a meticulous MET Technician to join their expanding team at a prestigious dealership in Stockport. As an MET Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining high-quality standards.

Salary: Basic of £35k, OTE up to £57k

Bonus: Guaranteed for the first 3 months

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnose fault issues efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Provide detailed reports on repairs and vehicle conditions.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven experience as an MET Technician or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
