MET TECHNICIAN / STRIP FITTER
OTE: £45,000

MET Technician / Strip Fitter details:

• Salary: £34,000 - £40,000
• Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Location: Leicester

We are seeking a talented and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join a leading team. In this role, you will repair damaged vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, using modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities of an MET Technician / Strip Fitter

1. Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
2. Follow correct repair techniques and produce work aligned with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Completed a recognized apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and obtained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
• Previous experience as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter in a busy body shop.
• Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
• Ability to work to high standards with up-to-date vehicle repair knowledge.
