Working Hours and Benefits:
- 42.5-hour week with some flexibility
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Overtime available
- ATA Training Provider
Salary and Bonuses:
- Basic Salary: £46,800 (£20-£22 per hour)
- OTE: £60,000+ (including Personal Efficiency Bonus and Workshop Bonus)
- £5,000 Joining Bonus
About the Role:
Our Motor Trade Client, a well-established Accident Repair Centre based in Hinckley, is seeking an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team.
Typical duties include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to high standards
- Applying skills, knowledge, and techniques required for the role
- Identifying additional repair work and liaising with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Carrying out quality control checks
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified MET Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification is beneficial
- Experience within an accident repair centre
