We are delighted to be working with a family-owned motor engineering company in the Cowfold area (West Sussex) who are actively seeking to recruit an MET Mechanic / Technician (Strip and Fit).

My client is a Classic Car specialist with a long history of repairing classic cars and providing high-quality classic and vintage car repairs and restorations.

Working with a friendly team, you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best. Attention to detail is crucial.

What this role involves:

• Stripping vehicles for repair
• Checking parts during stripping
• Completing quality control
• Alignment and fitting of lights
• Ensuring correct repair methods are used
• Refitting vehicles after repair

The skills you will need:

• Ability to work well in a team
• High level of attention to detail
• Previous experience as a MET Technician is beneficial
• Ability to work to deadlines and produce quality workmanship
• Valid UK driving licence
