Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced MET Technician for a reputable independent family-run HGV bodyshop in Ashford, Middlesex. The role offers competitive pay and extensive benefits.

You will repair HGV and commercial vehicles, diagnose faults, and maintain quality and safety standards. The position provides career development within a well-established operation. Working hours are 07:00–17:00 Mon-Thu and 07:00–15:00 Fri; overtime and night allowances available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as MET Technician or Auto Electrician in the commercial vehicle sector.
• Strong knowledge of HGV systems and electrical diagnostics.
• Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance or electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mechanical, electrical, and body repairs on HGV and commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Complete repairs efficiently while ensuring quality standards and safety.

Our client, a reputable independent family-run HGV commercial bodyshop, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their team in Ashford, Middlesex. Duties:

• - Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly for repairs and inspections
