Our Motor Trade Client is an accident repair centre based in Andover, seeking an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy bodyshop team.

Benefits:

• Starting salary up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Additional performance-related bonuses based on hours sold, with OTE up to £55,000 per annum.
• 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays.

• Working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday overtime.

Typical duties:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to high standards.
• Applying relevant skills, knowledge, and techniques.
• Identifying additional repair work and liaising with the bodyshop advisor.
• Communicating effectively with team members.
• Performing quality control checks.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• ATA qualification is a plus.
• Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre.
