Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The role requires proven experience with Message Archiving solutions such as Source One and Enterprise Vault, including migration processes from Source One to Enterprise Vault. Responsibilities include designing, building, and migrating to Enterprise Vault, and provisioning with ArchiveMASH migration software.

The candidate must review migration strategies, engage stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Fin Crime, IT, and other departments, and ensure compliance with data retention, legal holds, and eDiscovery policies across jurisdictions. Collaboration with Business Owners and Legal teams to determine data retention cut-offs is essential.

Additional duties involve reviewing Business Requirements documents related to eDiscovery, defining access levels for Veritas Enterprise Vault, and supporting capacity planning through performance metrics. Stakeholder engagement for requirement review and sign-off, along with supporting decision-making on eDiscovery tools, are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in defining technical and non-functional requirements for data retention, deletion, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery tooling requirements.
