Mess Manager - Southwick, Hampshire

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the overall contract to ensure high-quality Food, Beverage, and Accommodation services across all areas
- Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
- Maintaining positive client relationships
- Planning and organizing resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers
- Managing, recruiting, developing, and training team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Meeting financial targets and managing the contract's budget effectively
Our ideal Manager will:
- Have previous experience in contract catering
- Be experienced in leading and managing teams to achieve results
- Have a proven track record of growing sales and retaining business
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be a strong leader capable of motivating and engaging teams
- Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels
- Be quality and process-driven, focused on delivering results
- Comply with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements
- Be IT literate (MS Office, Email)
