Job description

Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Mess Manager to join our team at RMA Sandhurst, GU15 3EY.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the mess and lead your team, overseeing breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for mess members and accommodating live-in members.
  2. Ensure smooth daily operations of the mess, including meal service, cleaning, and managing hospitality functions.
  3. Handle company paperwork, reception duties, cash handling, and till operations.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and address client complaints effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Must have resided in the UK for over 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
  2. Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
  3. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Good financial awareness, including managing budgets and sales growth.

  • Full-time position, 37.5 hours/week, with shifts typically between 0630-2030, 5 out of 7 days.
  • Salary of £28,489.00 / Hourly rate of £14.56.
