Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead the MES Workshop and manage the engineering support functions to fulfil contractual obligations. You will ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines and quality standards while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires proven leadership in an EBME/MES environment, strong communication with NHS stakeholders, and mentoring of engineers.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics, Medical or Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of MES/EBME workshop experience in a hospital environment.
• Sound knowledge of engineering principles and how they are applied in practice.
• Understanding of SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
• Proven mentorship and leadership experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electro-medical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the MES Workshop to meet contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Line manage engineers, conduct development dialogues and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions, Quality Procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prepare data for Monthly Management Report, or present in the MES Manager's absence.
• Foster relationships with NHS staff, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
• Develop MES Engineers through training and knowledge sharing.
