Job description

This job involves working with high-net worth clients, identifying needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations. Key responsibilities include leveraging technology for business growth, profiling client investor profiles, building a book of business, and providing career development opportunities within the bank.

Responsibilities include providing tailored advice, communicating solutions suited to client needs, partnering with financial teams, understanding bank resources, developing a business, and prioritizing client requests.

The Advisor Development Program (ADP) offers training and mentorship to become a successful financial advisor, working with affluent clients and developing relationship management skills. The program prepares advisors for career advancement within Merrill Wealth Management.
