Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored advice through reviews and presentations
  • Recommending financial solutions suited to client needs
  • Partnering with Financial Advisor teams to promote portfolio growth
  • Utilizing bank resources to benefit clients
  • Developing and growing a client book to meet financial targets
  • Prioritizing client requests and coordinating with internal service providers

The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey:

This program provides training and mentorship to become a successful financial advisor, working with affluent and high-net-worth clients, developing relationship management skills, and preparing for a career in Merrill Wealth Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66)
  • Two years of experience in financial services or sales
