Job Description:

Description: This job involves working with high-net worth clients, identifying their needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations. Key responsibilities include leveraging technology to achieve growth, profiling clients to determine their financial objectives, building a sustainable book of business, and providing career development opportunities within the bank. The position requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored advice to clients through reviews and presentations, assessing financial goals and recommending strategies.
  • Communicate suitable solutions for clients' financial needs, including core banking, investment, and life solutions.
  • Partner with Financial Advisor teams to promote portfolio growth and share market insights.
  • Utilize bank resources to benefit clients and prospects.
  • Develop and grow a book of business to meet financial targets.
  • Prioritize client requests and coordinate with internal service providers.

The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey:

The program offers training and mentorship to develop relationship management skills, with opportunities to work with affluent clients and progress within Merrill Wealth Management. The role is based in a Merrill branch and prepares advisors for independent practice.

Required Qualifications:
